Mouse Wheel Click and Drag Disabled?
Hello all, before I upgraded to 7, I could click and hold my mouse wheel to an around any given window. I used that a lot to navigate, and I don't seem to be able to do it now. Is there a setting I'm just missing somewhere that I don't remember changing that went back to default on me?

And as soon as I posted this, it started working again. Not sure what happened.
