Increase the default 45 degree crease angle to suit.

However, I believe this will affect *subsequent* objects created.

After objects have been created, you use Tools > Object Property Editor and manipulate the slider to change the crease angle. Then click Set to make the changes "in real time" and have the object update in the various viewports.

(I just learned this myself by opening the manual in the Help menu! The manual's a good thing to refer to when you need it)
