Here are some grabs from AC3D without textures. It really slows AC3D down a bit. Not shure if its all the textures or the size of the model

well whats the poly count of the model. cause I know if you have a model that has enough detail or poly count ac3d will tend to lag a little bit.

I downloaded the Star Gate from your site. It's so big it won't open in AC3D. AC3D will close while trying to load textues.

Yes, I had to use scaled down versions of the textures when making it. The project file opens without a problem for me, but I think the 3ds file can cause a problem. But the models on my website are mostly directed against people that use it in Bryce or Carrara or some other rendering program
