Default Multiple transparencies?

If I have multiple transparent objects, the ones highest in the hierarchy doesnt view the others as transparent. how would I fix this? Grouping doesnt solve the problem. Is their some way to make them all on the same hierarchy level? merging and grouping doesnt solve this.

EDIT: sorry for confusing grammar I'm tired. :P

The render order is based on the hierarchy: whichever object is listed first in the hierarchy gets rendered first. You want transparent objects that are further away/closer to the middle higher in the hierarchy list in order to get them to render correctly. You may need to split some objects if they have a lot of transparent parts to get the render order right.

I know that. I'm sorry I must have been unclear.

I meant: is there any way to "see" through two transparencies. So for example to bottom transparent object you can see through and through the windows behind it. But for the second to the bottom you can only see through it and not the one bellow it. For the top one you can only see through it, not through any others. I know that this is because of hierarchy levels, I'm asking if there is any way to remedy this.

Sorry for the slow reply.

Change the order in the hierarchy. i.e. Sort whichever object isn't showing through to the others so that it appears later in the list. That should fix the rendering so you can see through it correctly.

Other than changing the sort order, there's probably not a lot you can do. *If* your card will let you, you could try turning the z-buffer off, but unless everything in the scene is transparent it's likely to look a lot worse than the sort order issues.
