Default Saving a povray picture

Hi, i needed some help with saving my picture. I was wondering how do I save a rendered picture in povray in .jpg format so i can post it at cgtalk.com? if anyone can help i'll be grateful.

Open the generated .bmp file in Paint and save it as .jpg. Works in Windows XP at least as that MSPaint supports various formats.

That is configurable, but normally it is put in the same dir as the .pov file.

When you've rendered, look in the 'Messages' tab and look for "Output file:". There it states where it was saved.
