Need help getting started on street of stores

I just downloaded this software tonight. I need help already

I need to create a home page for my website. I KNOW what I want it to look like in my head, but of course, don't have the skills to pull it out of there onto the screen. I just paid someone $25 to create what I wanted and she didn't even come close even AFTER showing her pictures.

Can someone get me started building a few buildings?
Is there a thread for finding someone to build it for me if I can't? :neutral:
