Did you mirror or copy one side to the other.
Are those animations completely dead?
What does the x-plane inspector say?

i copy the wing from one side to another with the animation groups, however theh dissappear(groups) leaving the animation poles and larts ungrouped, so i regroup them, the animations still wont work, the animations are all dead exept the outer speed brakes...they still work(the original side ocopied from is still active when showing the animation).

hmm,
you probably copied the wing while in Object select mode instead of Group select mode.
This would produce the effect that you describe.

add a minus (-) to the respective extended angle.
this will make a rotation go the other direction.
