I've created a standalone Windows app that allows you to customize your AC3D toolbar. You can add just about any AC3D menu function as well as many plugins and a few extras, and can label/order them as you wish.

While this is a Windows-only application, the output from this program is a TCL file (plain text); so, if you are using AC3D for Mac/Linux and have access to a Windows machine, you should still be able to use this app and copy the results to your AC3D scripts directory.
