Progress on next release?
I just thought that I'd start off this monthly progress report by asking how far along are you to the next release of AC3D Andy?
We're all waiting with anticipation. Look, I even have my upgrade money ready! Isn't it inticing?

Hi Woody,
The next version will be going to alpha soon. If you are already using AC3D 4, there will be no charge for the upgrade. Andy |

Re: Progress on next release?
Sounds great, but I have no problems paying for an upgrade or for the next version. A man should be rewarded for his labor.

Re: Progress on next release?
Hiya Andy, oh by the way, thanks for all the help with the plugin info for v4. Helped very much
Anyway, to my point at hand. Are there any plans to add animation support for models to AC3D. Or, if there are already existing tools or third party plugins that support this feature already. I'm referring to either bone based or model tweening techniques to achieve animated models for use in games? Anyway, many thanks. Paul.

Re: Progress on next release?
If you need some additional testers please add my name to the list. I can install on many different PC's if that is needed. I currently have it on one work PC and one home PC.
I'm really enjoying this product, very powerful and the more I use the more I like. My hardware is usually top end or very close to top end as I'm a software engineer and the output I create with AC3D is used in my companies product. And I have no problems providing money for an upgrade. Cheers, Rob. |

I really, really hate to ask this, but;

In the next release? In 6 months or a year? Sorry to hassle you, but I'm itching to add animation support to my Ogre .mesh exporter, obviously I can't do that without it being in Ac3d first, so I'm wondering if it's worth me hacking together something of my own or waiting for the 'official' functionality. |
