Default Scaling UV map?

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to scale in the texture coordinator by numbers?

Here's the deal:

I had an object with multiple materials. In and effor to consolidate I moved multiple materials into a single file. In doing so, I had to scale some of the images 50% of their original size to fit inside of the soon to be new material.

Is there any way to scale an already set UV mapped objects map from 100% to 50% easily in texture coordinator?

Sounds like a good feature to add

Hold down the Control key and drag the corners - that will scale propotionally.
