Default sIZE matters.

how can i see the real world size of the house which i am about to build?

i mean how do i know the house i build in ac3d has the correct size for the scenery in x-plane?

An X-Plane person will correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it's 1 AC3D unit = 1 meter

Andy, how can i import a flat landtile picture into AC3D so i can build 3D-housing on it?

Create a rectangle and texture it (menu Object->load-texture).
