Hello all,
this is what I missing in AC3D, or maybe I only do not know, how to do it. Let you Imagine, that I have two general objects, which one should folow up second in a certain way, so for example their border vertices should share the same positions. I can select reference vertice from each object, which both should be at the same position, but actually they are not. So, question is, what way can I move one of object, so that it's reference vertice go to the position of second object's reference vertice, so that they could be welded for example. Any idea, any simple guide how to do it? Many thanks, Lumptom |

To move one object to another so that two vertices are in the same position, use menu Vertex->snap objects by vertices. select one vertex on each object then select that function.
The other snap functions in that menu will also be useful if you want to merge the two object geometries together and then optimize out duplicate vertices. |
