Organic things are not that much easy to modelize are they ?
But did you do that model with AC3D ?

no it wasn't designed in ac3d sorry I should have been more specific. it was designed in maya. still either way luuckyy you are correct organic modeling isn't really easy.

Hi Daniel,
the model looks really promising - the head detail looks really good and is proportioned nicely. May I make an observation on the whole body image though? The legs seem a little long in respect the rest of the body, perhaps shortening them a little may help.

Keep it up though, look forward to seeing how the model develops!

You're far braver than I am though - I certainly wouldn't tackle characher modelling unless I really had to!

Cheers
Steve

well steve the legs are supposed to be long in retro spect. I am working with reference on this one. I am also making a new one from ac3d not maya. I'll post that one some other time.

if you guys wish once I am finished with this character I will post the reference and you can be the judge on how close I came to it.

Ah, cool, I see from your reference where you're heading with this one Daniel, I think you haven't done too bad considering the reference image isn't that clear!

The 3dm3 website looks useful, thanks for posting the link!
