problem using ac3d

Hello for all,

there is a problem in using ac3d ..

i notice that when the number of objects increass in a single file (especially the number of vertex and especially when u add a grass using the fur tool) ..... the file become heavy, and u feel u can't deal with it ..

is there any relation to the grid size ..... actually i am working on 1, 0.01 scale

is that right?? or i have to increase the grid scale ??
