Is there a proper way to render just lines like this example?

Re: Blueprint rendering
If you want consistent dimensions, you should be looking for some simple CAD software
instead of ac3d. ac3d is really for 3 dimensional constructs and although you can make lines with certain dimensions, the software won't display the dimensions of your construct on the image. hope this helps... |

Re: Blueprint rendering
You might be able to get close to what you want by doing the following:
1. Click on 2D to show parameters for the 2D views. 2. Check Wireframe 3. Uncheck Vertices, Surfaces, Normals, Texture, and Grid 4. Do the same things for 3D if you want the 3D view 5. Select Surface Mode, click the ALL button, and then select the color you want for all the lines. (Remember not to save the program or else you will lose all of the original colors) Hope this helps. |
