Re: Latest AC3D X-Plane plugin
Is that the first message from AC3D? If so, it's not much help.
You could try running it from a Terminal. 'cd' into ac3d/ac3d.app/macos/contents and start AC3D with "ac3d -debug". |

is all I get. What’s the full terminal syntax with a sample path? |

If it is a Macbook Pro, does it support automatic graphics switching and if so, what are the settings? Have you tried booting with SHIFT key pressed to only load Apple extensions? cheers peter

Re: Latest AC3D X-Plane plugin
I have a Mac Pro 5,1 with a Radeon HD 7950. Using the terminal to cd into the app didn’t launch it. Leave it for a couple of days. I can wait until I move into Sierra wholesale, until then I have better things to do than chase this, though I will try a number of times.

And attempting it from the user/Applications, which is not my preferred location as it’s a single user computer, leads to the same crash as mentioned above. |

Then a 'chmod -R +x AC3D.app' should not result in an error. The AC3D folder should be somewhere within /Applications. If I cd into my AC3D folder and list all files with permissions visible this is what I see: Code:
bofh:~ peter$ cd /Applications/3D/ac3dmac8080 bofh:ac3dmac8080 peter$ ls -la total 128 drwxr-xr-x@ 9 peter staff 306 Mar 1 18:14 . drwxr-xr-x@ 71 peter admin 2414 Mar 14 23:47 .. -rw-r--r--@ 1 peter staff 10244 May 25 17:57 .DS_Store drwxr-xr-x@ 9 peter staff 306 Mar 1 11:05 AC3D.app -rw-r--r-- 1 peter staff 40654 Mar 1 11:05 CHANGES -rw-r--r--@ 1 peter staff 3851 Mar 1 11:05 LICENSE -rw-r--r--@ 1 peter staff 669 Mar 1 11:05 README -rw-r--r--@ 1 peter staff 45 Mar 1 11:06 ac3d8080mac.tgz drwxr-xr-x@ 27 peter staff 918 Mar 4 22:08 models
