Default rotating around a specific point

do you know how to make an object rotate on a specific point(verticie).
EG: to rotate an object like a square on a point so that the whole square rotates around that point, and the point never move

Each object has a 'pivot point/center'. You can see these if you display object centers from the orth menu. You can adjust the position of this point by using the recenter or min-centre functions on the object menu. Editing the Loc values (and pressing return) in the Tools->object-property-editor allows more accurate positioning. (or you can move the vertices of an object relative to it's center)

To rotate an object around this pivot point - change the general setting (in File->settings->General - 'Rotate about object centers'. Rotating with the mouse (when a single object is selected) will now use the pivot point rather than the mouse position.
