Default Round stock embedded in square stock

Hi there,I have been building a section of a boom for a crane. Today for the first time, where the cylinder embeds into a square section, the joint doesn't look right. Have attached two pictures, (#1) the bad area and what it should look like (#2). Edit: solved the problem with Surface Flip.

two things: I would go to real life and take a look at some basic joinery techniques that would work for you. These look like they have just been stuck in which isn't necessarily a bad thing but it could cause you some problems which brings me to the second thing: I think you should take a look at your work in the wire mesh mode and see if the mixing of the two meshes are going to cause you problems when you join them. You want to avoid as much mesh clean up as possible. This is why researching basic joinery techniqes may come in handy for you. Nice work! Good luck!
