Default Questions on nudgeing and adding vertexes and others

Here are four question on how to do.

1. When an item (Or vertex) is selected in an ortho view how can it be nudged or moved only slightly?

2. Can a single vertex be somehow added to an existing plot object or line?

3. I use "points" in cad programs as plot locations, meaning placing a dot as a locator for plot or laying out lines, is this possilbe in AC3D? Meaning a none-printing cross hair/locator or reference marker.

4. Is it possible to reset the ortho view without the menu bar, as you would by going to the "View>Reset All", hopefully by a keyboard shortcut or something without going to the menu bar (View>Reset All) as I find I am often doing this?

Thanks.

Use Move-to on the control panel - pressing '>' will read the current location into the fields.

To add a vertex, select two vertices and then Vertex->insert-vertex to insert a new on between.

For a place marker, you could add a line that has only a single point.

To access the menus without the mouse, press alt e.g. alt+v then up-arrow, then enter will select reset-views. (Doing this I've noticed that two menu items have the same key shortcut - thanks, it will be checked for the next release)

Thanks for answers 1,2, and 3 they make things much easier.

After playing with with your Reset all veiws instructions (Which works fine) I modified it slightly, that is, Alt-V, then up arrow, and then I simply press "enter" (Instead of keyboard "R") as my right hand is there pressing the up arrow anyway.

Very fast and handy as I am constantly changing view sizes, now is there a way to toggle quickly from view to view in ortho views....

Thanks so much for the prompt and helpful reply.
