Default newbie question, Why planemaker crops texture

What have I done wrong.

Texture file has red and white stripe (texture.jpg).
This is set for two surfaces in AC3D and shows in AC3D what I expect them to show. (inAC3D.jpg)

But when exporting to Planemaker, those textrures are covering only part of the surface, rest is transparent.

But sometimes this phenomen does not show. Like the pilot or helmet in background.
Size of the texture tile does not have any effect on this. Neither complexity of the surface. (at least I have not figured out what has effect).

I do not know, if this is the best solution.
but seems to work

in AC3D:

x-plane (menu)
remap texture coordinates
remap selected
