TCE window not opening

TCE window not opening

hafflap Junior Member Junior member Join Date: Dec 2017 Posts: 2	TCE window not opening The TCE window is not opening on Windows 10. All other apps within Tools are opening. Have reset Settings to default, restarted the computer so am not sure what else to do other than reinstall the program. Please advise.
