Default AC3D Box Exporter Issues (SL)

I'm still learning about how to use this software, but I am having an issue where as I use the box exporter for second life, the boxes fly off world and seem to be really big for what it is. So the issue is as the box begins to build stuff, almost every box would fly offworld and I dont understand why. The model I am using is http://artist-3d.com/free_3d_models/...hp&count=count

This is more for a school project than simple leisure, so help would be greatly appreciated with importing 3d objects into second life without having to pay that upload fee.

The box exporter is not the way to go with a model of a Ferrari. You'd be better off learning how to make scuplties - look at some of the great SL cars in the WIP section.

Anyway, your model is probably too big and not centered around the AC3D origin. The box creator takes the bounds of each shape and makes a box from it. Each box must be less than 10x10x10. If you scale the whole model down, you may get better results but, as I said, I don't think it's a suitable way to build a Ferrari
