system requirements for AC3D
What is the minimum set up AC3D run on? The very early versions of AC3D were developed on a 486 (nearly 10 years ago!) but this is now long gone.
Have you tried it on a very basic PC? (of course, the memory requirements increase depending on model complexity but I'm interested in knowing the minimum of what you need to do some basic modeling). This is a competition to see who has the least powerful computer! Andy |

Re: system requirements for AC3D
Least powerful I've used with a modern AC3D version was immediately prior to the release of 4.0, where I used a Pentium133 (might have had mmx) with 64MB ram, 2GB drive, and a 2MB 2D accelerator.

Re: system requirements for AC3D
Perhaps all other AC3D users only use top spec machines!
