Version 5?
Hello
I am new to AC3D and I have noticed once or twice mention of a version 5 of the program. Is there any news on when this might be released and what extra features it might have? Also, I notice that AC3D got a mention in 3D World magazine (www.3dworld.co.uk) - quite an honour considering they normally mostly only cover 'professional' programs with prices to match. Thanks Paul |

Soon... no date yet but it's almost ready...
Yes - 3D World did a small review of AC3D at the last major release. We are hoping for more coverage of version 5.0. In the meantime, enjoy the current AC3D. Continuing our commitment to excellent value, there won't be a upgrade charge for users of AC3D 4. Andy |

In the latest issue of 3D World AC3D gets a mention in the 'under £250' section of the buyers guide.

Cool, I look forward to an exciting new chapter in AC3D-ism.....
nope, I'm not a anorak, well not yet.... But when talking about things with real people, do you find the words Face, vertices, orthagonal, slice, perspective come in real handy in so many situations in the office... Kizzie |
