Default How far does a license go?

If you've purchased your license for a PC version of AC3D, can you download and use a Mac or Linux version or do you need to purchase a separate license for each?

I'm asking because I have access to a Mac where I might like to use AC3D a little, but don't want to "pirate". If I should have to buy a new license, I'd have to consider if that's the best use of $50, considering I'd only be using it every now and then.

A Windows/Linux license is the same (because they both run on the same machine). A Mac license is different.
