This is crazy and very frustrating.
My render is messed up. I position the 3d view where i want so i can reander it and this happens.
This is what im looking at:

Then i render with pov-ray and this is what it does.

Why is the camera so damn far off
How can i fix this?

The easiest way to insure the render matches the 3D view is to use the View - Reset button in the 3D window just before you pose the scene for rendering. When you are modelling the views seem to get out sync.

Default Hmmm

Well I have never come accross this problem since I have started using AC3D. I have rendered 50+ times and never has this happened. I'm pretty sure I have reset the view, but all it does is move the camera to a different position unlike the one I wanted for rendering. It's really frustrating having to guestimate your render. It takes for ever to render due to detail but to have to run it over and over and over to get it right is crazy! Then the 1/2 the time the rendered image is missing or isn't created and so its a lose lose situation. I have uninstalled pov-ray then reinstalled, that didn't make a difference. Do I have to remove AC3d Now? B/c it'spointless to use it if it can;t get the camera/3d view right when it's time for rendering.
Well enough complaining out of me, I will try reset again when I get home thanks for your help. If I can't get it right I will let you know here.
P.S.LOL. It's not Pov-Ray's fault.
I wish the creators could put some words in.
