Default Easy Way to Make a Drill?

Okay, just finished watching something the other day that got me wanting to make a drill (Gurren Lagann, if anyone cares). I ended up downloading one someone else had made that looks very nice, but I'm sitting here looking at it going "this should be something I could make proceduraly".

I know AC3D has the Revolve function under Object menu, and that if I were making a realistic drillbit that would be more than enough for what I needed. Thing is, I want the connical shaped drill (see attached image).

Is there any easy way to make this in AC3D that I'm not finding?
