X-File does not match ac....

Hi
I am very new in AC3D. I tried to cerat a surface and export it as x-File (Directx) .
When I open this X-File I can not see what I createt correct. I have a rectangle and a foot-surface over it as a hole. But in X-File I cann not see this whole hole. Some parts are black.
Please check this file and try to export as X-File.
I hope you have DirectX and open X-Files.
