Can AC3D Be Moved from One Computer to Another?

Hello.

A newbie question from someone preparing to purchase AC3D.

If after registering AC3D on one computer I purchase a new computer and want to move the registered copy from the old one to the new one, is that permitted, and, if so, how difficult?
