Default Re: Plugin or Tools

Hi all a nice inclusion to Plugin / Tools, would be an extrude ie from round to square or from one shape to another. I have seen one in a program, although it was not a 3d object program, it was a program called Corel Draw, it did produce it in a 3D like sharp but fixed in the viewing angle.

Not sure exactly what you mean - perhaps you could post a pic?

You might try creating an ellipse with a rectangle above - select all vertices and then Vertex->Create-convex - that may give you the shape you want?

Andy, there is a plugin for Caligari trueSpace 5 which does exactly that. And very handy it is, too. It is called sukkini-sun or something like that. Do you want more info?
