Question another Q

Okay I know I've asked 10,000 stupid questions already, but heres another one: how can i rotate objects? Yes I am still very new to modeling, and I'm wondering how to rotate objects. Example: I have a box, and a a disc that is parallel to it, how do i rotate it so that the disk is now perpendicular? Bad example I know but I'm tired.

PLease help me!!!!!!!!!

Well, this is a tough one!
What I would do is pick the box or the disk.
Make sure you are in object mode.
Then hit the rotate button. (The button with the arrow going in a circle.)
And rotate your object.
You can also pick the "R" key to rotate, or the left mouse button.

Look at the tutorials...
