Lightbulb Texture organizer

I heard of a feature that would be really nice to have in AC3D. If I have multiple textures that I have applied to my object, it would be cool to have a way to take all the pieces of the different textures that I used and have them organized into 1 texture file. Then just apply that texture, with all the used portions of the other textures in it, to the whole model. Understand? And have it automatically size it to a power of 2 as well. (128 x 128) Is there a 3rd party software that would acomplish this? Or a plug in?
