Default Help a Nob...Nose Cone

I'm trying to draw a nose cone. So I trace the profile out in the side view using polyline then I try to revolve it.

My problem is I guess I don't understand the revolve tool very well. Can sombody help....how do I revolve this thing??

Another quick way to make a cone it

Make a cylinder

Select all the vertices on one end

click on Vertex - Snap Together

Voila

Another approach could be to create an appropriately sided sphere. Then remove half and reposition the remaining half. Push its vertex around to shape required.
Theres always a lot of ways to tackle any section of a model with AC3D. I can think of five for this but I bet theres other's who know more. The learning is half the fun.
