Default selecting element

maybe this is a stupid question, I'm new to the software. But it seems like when I select an object and bring it into the texture coordinate editor, some faces are left off.

I'm used to 3DS MAX where we have a "select Element" option. Does anyone know if there is an option like this in AC3D?

Probably a dumb question, but figured it couldn't hurt to ask. thanks!

All you are probably seeing that the mapping is all over the place. If you make a new box and open the TCE you will only see one square - this is because each surface of the box is mapped to the whole image.

Try switching into surface select mode and selecting individual surfaces, then repositioning them in the tce.
