free for free
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who spends his free splinters of time by drawing countless common objects in AC3D in order to gain better command of it - and it works, take my word for it.
Now I wonder if we could find a corner on this site where someone franticly looking for a screwdriver, a pair of scissors, an oscilloscope or a bottle of wine in .ac format may find them ready to be downloaded. I know there's already a Gallery, but there you only find images proving that it 'can' be done --- sort of tantalising but not always satisfactory and sometimes even slightly frustrating I'd gladly contribute those by-products of my AC3D education - .ac file, thumbnail, and a few words of comment. Would anyone else join me? And, firstly, would the webmaster accede to providing the web-space and some co-ordination? |

Re: free for free
I recommend putting the .ac files together into a zip file, posting a resource message in the Tutorials and Resources section and attaching the file to the message (along with a picture/thumbnails).
