Need help moving camera in design windows??

you can use the arrow keys to move the camera around. You can't rotate the windows 3D like in MAX just along the plan your looking at. I personally like to use the mouse wheel (mouse 3) to look around. you can just push on the mouse wheel and move the camera. This also works in the 3D view.
