Default License Problem

With 8.0.50 for Mac I got an error saying I didn't have a license and the trial period had expired when I tried to save a model. The problem is that I had upgraded and applied the new key. Also when this happened I lost all my work. Never had anything like that happen before. The message about an emergency save turned out to be just that, a message with no saved file.

Anyway I checked this forum and saw that there as an 8.0.50a that supposedly has a fix for an issue involving the license key. I downloaded and installed the key and then got back to work. Guess what? Same problem.

Now when it happened this time I was able to reinstall the key and still save when it complained the trial period had expired but I am very wary of using this package and wondering if I should revert.

Default Re: License Problem

Check that the version you are running is the 'a' version - go to menu Help->About-AC3D.

If you still have problems - let us know.
