Version 4 and 5 Tutorials

Can anyone direct me to the assignment style tutorials that came with versions 4 and (I think) 5, please. I've googled "one minute house" ac3d without success. Unfortunately I have discarded my earlier versions.

In particular I am looking for the stacking the 3 coloured blocks assignment. This was for me the most valuable of all the introductory tutorials.
