Default Transparent textures

I seem to recall that some previous version of AC3D could use transparent .gif images as textures, which allowed plenty of interesting effects (among them saving an incredible amount of vertices to define ragged edges).
I tried again today after a pretty longh while (er... a few years actually...) and it seems not to be working anymore : the transparent area is visible as white.

I'm probably the one to blame for that, but... what am I doing wrong? Did anyone run into the same problem lately?

Default Re: Transparent textures

Try loading the tree from the samples folder. That is a transparent gif.
