That's a common issue. If any parts of the obj have default animations, they are not taken into account. I've already reported that here on the forum too (http://www.inivis.com/forum/showpost...1&postcount=39). Surprising to see that ModelConverterX seems to take those into account, I'll experiment with that.

No one ever replied to your post since October? Well so far I have no use for AC3D if It cannot import all objects correctly.

I wonder if the problem is caused by something in the actual animation of the objects that are wrongly positioned?


Perhaps try temporarily removing all animations from a problem object and seeing if that still gets re-positioned.
