Unhappy SL question

since 2 days i test to make sculpties for SL, i have see all tutorials i found in internet, but all imported sculpties from AC3D to SL have spikes includet, some more some less, but allways with deformations, i have tested all with TCE and UVMaps, but no solution found.
now i hope some one have a wonder or mystery for me, how it works, else i delete AC3D from my world.

Search on this forum for help. It all has to do with the texture map. Try starting with the sample models included.

Thumbs down Re: SL question

thank's for the tip, but this was the first i have tested, and with the samples i have spikes too.
i not understand, why this program not have automatic UVMaps like other programs for less or free. for the creating things it is a very good software, but i think, not to use for SecondLife, also 79$ for the thrasher.

try posting some screen shots so we can help you out.

Also, be sure to start with the default SL shapes in the save folders.

Default Re: No more fun with Spikes on my Sculpties

Thanks for tip Grifflyman
But the problem is not new, it is very old , and when you not know what i mean with spikes, then you can not help with pictures.
And at this time i have 2 more days all tested what i can do, but no solution.
Now i have removed AC3D from my Computer and work with Blender and Tatara, this 2 works fine.
nevertheless, thank's.
