mega upgrade and slightly bigger land reclamation... installed windmills(x3), two new complexes in the ship terminal, and make a bridge connecting to the first office complex to the central shopping area in the main artificial island. the island is now called the North Point(named after a station in the MTR Hong Kong Island Line)...a very commercially important checkpoint in Races

added carpark and additional airport tarmac under construction-> plan of the additional space might be additional gates for the airport or new buildings
