When using the TCE on a large screen I am able to use all the features on the side menu no problem. But when I shift my project to a smaller screen (a laptop for example) the side menu is simply too large and I dont have access to all the bottom features such as the re-size options and whatever comes after it.

I would advise maybe giving the option of splitting the bar in two and positioning them (the two bars) on either side of the TCE.
