Does anyone know if this program or a plug-in for it, or even a converter can make it so I can edit and make things in the following formats(I'm not sure which of them is modeling and such, it's for a game called "Freelancer")
Formats;
.mat
.cmp
.sur
.tga

Are any of them even texture/3dmodel files??
