There's a bug in the AC3D X-Plane plugin. When you are trying to move the X-Plane 3D version of the Garmin G1000 in your plane, you have to import both the G1000.obj and G1000_screens.obj files into AC3D. When you export the G1000_screens.obj file, the original file reads at the end:
Quote:
ANIM_begin
ATTR_cockpit_device G1000_PFD1 3 1 1 #<device name> <bus: 1,2,4,8,16,32> <rehostat> <auto adjusts or not>
TRIS 0 24
ATTR_cockpit_device G1000_MFD 1 1 1 #<device name> <bus: 1,2,4,8,16,32> <rehostat> <auto adjusts or not>
TRIS 24 24
ANIM_end
|
Instead you get:
Quote:
ANIM_begin
TRIS 0 48
ANIM_end
|
And the G1000 does not work in X-Plane. It took 3 days for me to discover this after trying every other fix known to the human race. . .
The fix is to cut and past the object file via a text editor, but a fix to the X-Plane plugin would be ideal please.
