If on importing I rotate Y -90 , followed by Z -90 than the views look as expected but Y is UP and Z is the longitudinal axis and X lateral out to the RHS.

In all aerodynamics and flight mechanics books Y is lateral to right + , Z is up + and X is longitudinal + toward the rear X pane seems to have done their own thing
