PolyFromLines. New script for AC3D 5.0 or later. Only runs under Windows.
It creates a polygonal surface from four connected lines. Download it from: http://www.heavenlypictures.hu |

Has anyone else tried this script ????
I've watched the video and it looks kinda cool but I can't get the demo to work. All I get are error messages when I click on the PolyFromLines button. And this script costs $40. |

You must draw four lines. Not one polyline.
Watch this: ![]() The opposite lines must have the same number of vertexes: ![]() Then select the four lines. It's all the same what selction mode you use.(Group,vertex...). And click Polyfromlines/Create polygon ![]() That's all. ![]() |

Er... I understand that 4 years are quite a while, but my work got in the way
Yesterday I found that ancient download, PolyFromLines, in a dusty corner of an old USB flash, watched the video and liked it well enough to give it a thought or three about purchasing the real thing. But, alas! now at heavenlypictures.hu (hope my wife won't ever see that name ![]() OK, good (and bad) things come and go, we must live with that. Does anyone know of a similar product that can be used with AC3D and is still available today? THANKS! |
