Time for another car...
I decided I had to try my hand at a 1948 Tucker Torpedo which I think will be renamed Primouth Tornado. I figure if I can pull this one off and people actually recognize it as a Tucker I would be very pleased with it.
It's about halfway along now. Roughly 40 prims. I'm in the process of roughing in the roof now to get the curves and perspective correct. |

Fantastic! Do you have any pics of the models inside AC3D?

Thank you. The next part I make for this car I will take screen shots in ac3d and attach them. I keep meaning to do it but I forget, usually because I'm "three sheets to the wind" while building in Second Life ;-)

hi, it's been a while. I finished this car a little while ago now. I have some updated pics of the finished car and some pics of the different parts of it in AC3D. She called the Primouth Tornado.

Make me jealous, a very nice job. I must be missing something to make the curves so smooth. You have a very good eye for shape and porportion. I enjoy your work.

Thank you, believe me the shapes aren't easy to smooth the wrinkles out on. For me it's part knowledge of how SL and AC3D work and part instinct. It's takes a few tweaks and uploads before I get it the way I want it.

That is SOOO obviously a Tucker Torpedo, and a great rendition of one and you should be proud of it
