Default Visible triangle lines after performing 'Make Hole'

All,
I'm experiencing an issue with the 'Make Hole' feature.

I create a box - an house wall, for example - and then I want to put a window on the middle of it. To do that, I select the box object, and then I use the 'Make Hole' tool.

Looking closely at the just modified surface, I can see the lines that from the box vertices go to each vertex being added by the 'Make Hole' operation. This effect is also noticeable on my 3D viewer, Blitz3D. Sadly, it happens also with the surface textured.

I wonder, is there any method to get rid of this lines ?

I've noticed also, that this phenomen does not happen if the hole is build on a single surface - I mean, using a mesh instead of a box primitive.

Thanks in advance,
Sergio.
