Default Flight Simulator & X-Plane ?

Dear all,

I am new on this Forum and I have not yet installed AC3D...
Being developper for Flight Simulator and X-Plane as well, I would like to switch to AC3D from FSDS application.
My "simple" question is : is it possible to design aircraft for these both software under AC3D ?
If "yes" is it possible to import source 3D file as *.fsd ? or dxf ?
If "yes" is it possible to perform any animation (i.e. landing gear, flaps, and so on) ?
If "yes" what is the compiled file format to be exported to the simulator ?
Thanks for your advice.

Sincerely.
